Trip to Salt Lake and Good Things Utah!

We had such a fun time in Salt Lake! It is tradition that the Strawberry Day's committee and our girls and mom's head to Salt Lake to promote Strawberry Days! They have done it for years and years! The past 4 years our girls have been able to go to "Good Things Utah" and have our current Miss Pl Grove demo's a fun "Strawberry Recipe" on the cooking segment.
This year we made a yummy Strawberry Salsa and it was a big hit with the whole crew! Mady did an amazing job and made us all so proud! Then we headed to lunch at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.. SO YUMMY! Then it was off to take pictures at Temple Square and then to the Church Office Bldg to meet with Elder Snow the Regional Rep for Utah County. It was a great day filled with lots of fun and memories! Hope you enjoyed it ladies!

Special Olympics Torch Run!

Aren't they adorable? This is the first time the Special Olympics Torch Run has had a City Royalty run with them! (Linda Chipman arranged it!!) They even wanted Mady to wear her crown.... THE WHOLE WAY! They ran from Saratoga Springs to Orem... 12.6 miles! Good job ladies! You make our city so proud! We love you!
